1) What happens if my needs change?
The Cloudnet system is simply the most flexible system you can buy. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time and it is always a plug and play and reliable.
When you want to alter the way your phone system works, then you can change it yourself using the online control panel or simply call us and we will reconfigure it for you free of charge. So if you want to add a new message or apply a new rule or transfer calls somewhere new. It’s all simple.
You can add handsets whenever you want, and with the freedom contract take them away as well.
If you talk more then simply add competitive call bundles or if you talk less simply pay as you go.
If you want more phone numbers from anywhere – simply add them or take them away.
Geography doesn’t matter to the Cloudnet system. So you can move around the world and plug in wherever you are. No matter if you move premises or simply visit a new hotel.
2) How simple is it making any changes?
The beauty of Cloud Net is that it is your system which you can control. With secure access from any internet connection to an online control panel, you can control all your features that you have available. You can also monitor calls and the usage of your phone system.
You get lots of online help and our friendly customer support team are always there to make any changes or give support any time you wish – and again this is always free. Each phone even comes with its own user guide just to make it really simple.
Many customers have asked “If we decide to add features later on, what will it cost us in total to upgrade hardware, software, and services?” With Cloudnet the answer is – there is no cost for new features and new hardware costs very little.
3)What customer support/feedback do you offer?
We have a wide range of feedback from real customers on our website which give real life examples of how the system has worked to meet their needs and objectives. We explain how they have configured their systems to work in their way.
We have a friendly highly knowledgeable in house support team that are available all day during the business week.
Alternatively we have a section of information on our website which has some FAQ’s and other useful information such as downloadable user guides and helpful videos.
You have the peace of mind of knowing that we are ITSPA members and subscribe to their code of practice. We are ACCredit quality control certified which demonstrates that our systems are to a high quality.
4) Can I keep my phone numbers and what about number porting?
What is number porting?
Number porting is the process of moving a telephone number from one provider to another. It is possible to move over to Cloud Net's internet based telephony services whilst retaining your current landline telephone number.
How to request a number port
Start by contacting your current telecoms provider and advising them of what you intend to do. Once you have placed your porting order with us and given us full details of the number or numbers to be ported, we will send you the relevant forms which must be returned along with a copy of your existing phone bill.
How Long Does It Take?
A port can effectively take up to 6 weeks with any telecoms provider. However Cloudnet will issue you with a temporary telephone number so you are able to use your system as soon as you have it. You can then call your existing provider and ask them to point your number to our temporary number.
