How much does it cost?
One of the most attractive selling points from Birchills is the ability to reduce a business’s telecommunication costs. Monthly are £8.50 per month per user, with only a 30 day contract.
The costs are very low but the benefits of having the latest systems working for you, are very high. You get all of the features of a modern phone system with low low call costs.
Birchills has a policy of providing simple clear charges with no hidden costs. We do not have special offers with very low fees that shoot up as soon as you sign up. We do not have extended contract periods. We do not charge extra to enable other features.
What costs are hidden?
Birchills like to make their offering as simple as possible with no hidden costs. We do not charge call set up fee’s to connect calls. We also make sure that we round to the nearest second rather than the nearest minute so if you’re on the phone for 37 seconds you will pay for 37 seconds rather than rounding up to 1 minute.
We do not add extra licence fees. There are no maintenance charges. The system is always up to date with all of the latest features.
We do not pay large commissions to sales people to get companies to sign up. We do not provide finance deals to allow you to afford our systems – the cost is too low for you to need any finance.
There is one simple bill sent to you every month with a simple break down of the costs.
It all adds up to a clear low cost service with high service values.

What is the Contract Length?
There is no contract, only 30 days notice required and our terms and conditions written so that we all know just what is intended.
