Imagine a phone system that
- Allows you to plug your phones in wherever you are into any broadband connection.
- Gives you new landline phone numbers for wherever you want on demand.
- Allows you to talk to friends and colleagues across the globe free.
- Has every feature you could ever think of including IVR's and call recording.
If you can imagine all of that then you have imagined a hosted VoIP telephone system.
Then if you can imagine a system that comes to you without any hard sell, without any representatives and without any hassle. A system that has open prices that you can see on the web any time you want.
And then consider a control panel which allows you to configure all this in any way you want at any time you want and see how much you've spent.
And we're not done yet. Because a hosted PBX system is in the cloud it never uses any of your electricity and that makes it very green. It doesn't occupy your expensive floor space and you cannot knock it accidentally. It never breaks down, has no maintenance charges and is always up to date.
If you want to change things, maybe alter the time settings or add some more phones or landline telephone numbers it is all easy.
All of this costs far far less than a conventional phone system.
And that in a nutshell is what is so great about hosted VoIP.
