How To Call BT, Vodafone and Other Telcos Cheaply 18/2/11

  
  
  
  

Here is a quick guide to the phone numbers that the telcos try and keep hidden.  They do try and hide them – so that you won’t call them. After all customers calls are a nuisance to them.

Where possible we have given geographic numbers – however, when they are not available we have given 0800 numbers.  0800 numbers are only free from landlines.  Try to avoid calling these people on the 084xx numbers they provide–these are not included in mobile bundles and are no longer free under most BT plans.  Do not use 09 number finding services or 118 directory enquiry services - both of these will set you back over £1.00 just to get the information below.
