Our valued clients have been sending in emails of support. We'd like to share them with you.
Thanks for all the kind comments - we do appreciate them. We've kept the names private so "The Cloud" lawyers don't come calling.

Be comforted by the thought that I am not a B Sky B client, can't stand bullies and therefore never will be a Sky client - and there are Dozens of companies using the word Cloud out there - you must have been worrying them.

Nicely explained and it’s a real shame that the bully-boy tactics of a big corporation can create such a problem for you. I have heard of “The Cloud” Wi Fi network and rest a assured if I’m ever trying to connect wirelessly and their name comes up, I’ll go elsewhere!

It is a small company but we have been enjoying the benefits of your service for nearly 12 months and I feel for you all in that you have been the subject of what can only be described as legal bullying tactics. I wish you well under your new name and long may we enjoy your service.

They're using the word "Cloud" whereas you're using a completely made up word "Cloudnet". From my perspective there is a distinct difference. Are BSkyB ever likely to sue Coventry City FC for using the name "Sky Blues"? I think not! But the name does use the word "Sky" the principle is the same.
Please forward this reply on to whichever pompous pratt in The Cloud Network Limited sent you the senseless email or letter and tell them that I for one will not EVER do business with them because of their pompous attitude and I will be spreading the word to my friends and colleagues and we will all be boycotting their company!

Thank you for your email. I am surprised that they feel they are in a position to challenge you over your company name as 'Cloud' is a generic term for a computing solution in the same way as 'Internet'.
I hope the rebranding goes well for you and does not cause too much disruption.
