With Birchills Telecom there are no hidden charges or confusing small print. The comparisons below are based on our understanding of a 1 year Featureline contract as described in the BT price list. However the list is confusing and whilst we have spent time trying to ensure that we are correct there may be errors in our interpretation. If there are errors we will correct them immediately if we are informed. The systems do have differing features and are based on different technology. There are no capital charges with Birchills Telecom whilst you do have to purchase BT Featureline phones. BT offer longer contracts at lower rates. Birchills Telecom's standard contract is 30 days. BT Featureline does not include broadband.
