Cancellation Policy

Birchills Telecom Ltd. requires 30 days advance notice on cancellations (to give us time to make sure your account is properly disconnected at the right time and to wrap-up any remaining billing issues). If you ever decide to cancel your account, please send an email to the billing team or call 01922 21 33 33 with your request for cancellation and your service will be discontinued at the end of your next complete billing month.

Cancellation requests may also be submitted to our billing department using our support ticket system. You must include your account user name, password and the reason you are cancelling your account in your ticket.

Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds outside our special 30 day money back guarantee. In addition we do not offer refunds for setup fees, call charges, bandwidth or disk space, overusage charges, or accounts closed due to a violation of our terms of service or any other Birchills Telecom policy.

If you discover that the equipment delivered to you is faulty, please contact the Customer Services Department on 01922 21 33 33 or email support@birchills.net and we will replace or repair the equipment.
