Business VoIP company Cloud Net goes undercover with detective agency

- Presteen signs up to Cloud Net's business phone system

26 April 2010. Presteen, a private investigation and legal support firm, has switched to VoIP in a bid to reduce costs on switchboard features and calls. Presteen has replaced its analogue BT lines with Cloud Net's VoIP for small business system, Cloud Net Connect.

Cloud Net provides Presteen with a fully functioning, professional telephone switchboard, feature-rich phone system and fax facility.

As part of the contract, Cloud Net's feature-rich internet phone system allows Presteen to manage its phone network in real time by using a simple control panel accessed via the internet. Presteen also received handsets, free set-up and free calls with other users on the Cloud Net system. This is especially advantageous for any Cloud Net customers who have enquiries or wish to make support calls to Cloud Net without incurring call charges.

All correspondence sent to us by fax is now directed straight to our private email account where the documents can be stored securely on our computers. This saves us time as the received documents no longer have to be scanned in. There is also a green side to the system. As we use less paper we shred less which is of to benefit to our environment.
