Business phone systems company Birchills Telecom, is now providing VoIP phone systems to specialist IT recruitment agency, Norfolk IT Recruitment Ltd.
The East Anglia Recruitment firm was purchased by Paul Watts when he was offered an opportunity to take over the business from its previous owner.
The IT recruitment team has a satisfied and growing client base and also works on a sole recruiter basis with a selection of clients. It sources IT professionals for clients in all major industry sectors including finance, insurance and telephony.
The company’s team works both from its Norwich office and employees also have the option of working flexibly from home.
Norfolk IT Recruitment was looking for a flexible, highly scalable and cost effective telephone system, which was easy to install and was supported by easily accessible support engineers.
The company was using BT, but found that similar packages were four times the price of the system that Birchills Telecom offered. The costs mounted up as features and handsets were additional. Also, as a busy company, Norfolk IT Recruitment needed the reassurance that any questions could be answered quickly, without having to wait in automated call queues.
Birchills Telecom provided Norfolk IT Recruitment Ltd with its Birchills Telecom Connect service, which offers all the features of a professional switchboard, a combination of pre-configured desk and cordless phones, and a very simple set up.
