How the phone system is configured
Presteen initially deployed an Interactive Voice Response IVR (Auto Attendant) but have now found that a receptionist system backed with voicemail is the most effective system for them. Calls are diverted to mobile out of hours allowing a 24/7 service for clients. This complete change in policy was made possible at no cost because of the flexibility of the Birchills Telecom Connect System.
Presteen also have a recorded information hot line to back up their advertising campaign aimed at local solicitors. Callers are greeted with a brief description of Presteen before being offered a small gift in return for their phone number. Messages received are immediately emailed to the company.
