You Are In Control
Every tenant can operate under your switchboard control, or each tenant can have their own switchboard and operate independently.
You can choose which telephone numbers to make available, to which tenant. Tenants can have their own numbers or central number or a combination of both. Anyone moving in can port in their existing telephone numbers. Tenants moving out can take their telephone numbers with them.
You can add new extensions as easily as making a phone call. If you operate a virtual assistant service for your clients then it is very simple to have the virtual assistant answer calls in the name of the tenant.
You can choose to offer voice recording, voice mailboxes, fax boxes or any of the many features of the system either for free as an added incentive to your tenants or you can charge them for the facilities.
Because calls within the Birchills Telecom network are always free, transfers between your tenants and yourself are free and very easy. All of this flexibility is built in and comes at no extra cost.
The system has no capital cost to you ever - even the hand sets are free. The software is always up to date and with all the latest features. If you or your tenants wish to change anything it can be done instantly.
