Customer Satisfaction 2018 - The Results


Your feedback on our VoIP phone service is incredibly important to us. We always listen and act on the constructive ideas we get.

We sent out a request for feedback via email to our customers in March 2018.  The request took the customers to this landing page where they were asked to complete a short survey and provide feedback.

Thank you to all that replied -  although the results were good we are not complacent - we know that the only way to keep customers is with a great VoIP phone service and we do really try.


SATISFACTION WITH THE COMPANY

We asked how satisfied you were with Birchills Telecom?
You said -  100% of respondents were either satisfied or very satisfied with Birchills Telecom.

Some comments we had were:

Rob Moore, Design Co "I’m really happy with my new phone system. The option to forward to my mobile and having options menu on the phone system have really taken my business to the next level."

Nick Evans, Extra Mile Communications, "Thanks - great service at a good price."

Andrew Rabin, Indigo   Home & Office Ltd, "You guys have made my life a lot easier. I have 3 numbers into one system and it works exactly as I need it to."

We asked how satisfied you were with Birchills Technical Support?
You said - 100% of respondents were either satisfied or very satisfied with Birchills Telecom Technical Support.

Chris Onslow, Mbodies Training Academy,  "l looked carefully into a BT VOIP option before choosing Birchills and have had   small hard wired telephone systems for my businesses previously. The ease of   programming, speed of response to technical calls (rather than waiting on hold for BT for tens of minutes) and the lack of need for physical   infrastructure make me wish that our broadband speed had allowed us to become VOIP customers with Birchills earlier than we did. I absolutely love the ability to take a handset with me when travelling to places and to be able to plug into the router there and be on the office system!"

Zoe Graves, Salter Demolition Ltd, "I have only had positive, helpful experiences with Birchills from the very limited number of times I have had to make contact - as I haven't had any issues."

CONCLUSION

We found the whole exercise very useful. We do appreciate the time that our valued customers gave us. We are responding directly to the suggestions that they gave us.

Whilst it is great to know that the respondents are happy with the level of service, we will never take anything for granted and we are working continually to improve and expand our service.
