Grandstream GXP1610 User Guide Released

Birchills Telecom have just relased our compact user guide to all of the features of the GXP1610 when used on the Birchills Telecom Network. It allows all users to get the most from Birchills Telecom System by utilising all of the great power features that come with the system. They are always available and because of the power of the cloud always up to date.

POWER FEATURES FOR NORMAL PEOPLE

We have some great features on our phone system that many of our clients don’t know about. Here are just 3 examples that you may not be familiar with.

SHARED PHONE BOOK WITH SPEED DIAL

This allows you to set up a single phone book for everyone in your organisation and anyone can dial out using the feature with a * code. Incoming calls are then displayed by name on your phones display.

CALL RECORDING

You can record any call any time on demand if you want to simply by pressing *1 once this feature is set up. It’s great for resolving disputes.

CALL HISTORY

You can see on your phone all of the calls you made or received and you can return any of them with a single click on the redial key.

You’ve put together the missing manual – well done. It’s simple concise and it does what it says on the tin. Not exactly racey stuff give me Peter Robinson any day but then it’s not about Yorkshire

Great manual , thank you! The "simple" approach works for a variety of training/learning topics, not just user guides.
While I appreciate that this approach doesn't suit everyone I disagree with IPhone App Developer, who says it's only for children. How many of us non-techies have struggled to understand the written user guides for our phones, cameras, dvd players, etc - often because they've been translated from another language or have been written by a technical expert who doesn't appreciate just how little we normal folk know!

Great article, one of my users is a fantastic illustrator but I never thought I’d get her to use some of the great features of your system. Thanks.
