Birchills is proud to launch our in depth call analytics web app. This app allows you to really drill down in to the data behind your business phone system.
You can use our pre-built charts to visualise your data, or build your own charts and dashboards to meet your exact needs. The default dashboard is great for a general overview of your phone system, however analytics also gives you the power to build your own charts and data visualisations. This allows you to tailor your dashboards so you can keep an eye on the things that really matter to your business. You are also able to control access so you can choose which users are able to see which charts.

If you are a Birchills customer you can now access the Call Analytics Web App, by going tohttps://pbx.birchills.net/apps/analytics/and logging in using your portal details. You can also access the app using the button in the top right hand corner of the Birchills user portal.
